BUTTERFLY KICK
3 adds (dexterity, body, cross-body)
A flying leg-over cross-body inside kick. The non-kicking leg goes up and over the footbag while the support leg comes up into a cross-body inside kick.

BUTTERFLY STALL
3 adds (dexterity, delay, cross-body)
A leg-over to a cross-body delay. The support leg goes up, over the footbag, and lands to support a cross-body inside delay.

WHIRL
3 adds (dexterity, delay, cross-body)
From a cross-body inside set, the support leg circles the footbag from front to back, then lands to support a cross-body inside delay. Circle the footbag from the front, then up, over and come around
under the footbag, and land your foot in its original clipper position before catching the footbag on a clipper delay with the setting foot.  Point your toe while performing the dexterity motion.

OSIS
3 adds (body, delay, cross-body)
A spin into a cross-body inside delay. To execute a right osis, set the footbag very slightly to the right of your body (but not behind you). Turn to the left so the footbag passes behind your back as you bring the right foot up into position for a cross-body inside delay. Sink into the catch. Complete the turn in a cross-body delay position.  You should watch the footbag under your right arm until your right instep contacts the footbag, then pivot your head to the left side (still looking down, never taking your eyes off the bag).  Focus on a nice, clean clipper stall to end the move.  Keep your balance by hopping on your support leg as you pivot the support foot in the direction of the spin, landing just as you delay the footbag.

REFRACTION / SWOOP
3 adds. (body, cross-body, delay)
An inside stall pivoting into the cross-body position. The footbag is set in front of the body, an inside delay is initiated, but a spin towards the support leg and a wrap-like carry brings the delay into a cross-body position. This is similar to an Osis except that the footbag travels in front of the support leg instead of behind it.

DOUBLE AROUND-THE-WORLD
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
From a toe stall, circle the footbag twice with the setting foot before catching it with a toe stall on the same foot. Jump slightly with the support leg and point your toe down during the first circle to make it
easier.  The dexterities can be either inside-out or outside-in; the directions don't matter here, but different higher-add moves require specific directions of the double-dexterities, so practice going both
directions with both legs.  Also try different sets, such as a same-side clipper stall set into a double around-the-world.

DOUBLE-LEG-OVER
3 adds. (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
A Miraging Leg-Over.  To execute a right Double Leg-Over, set from a right toe delay, circle the footbag with the left leg from inside to out. Hop off your right foot and bring it over the footbag (like a Leg-Over) and catch the footbag on a right toe delay as you land.  Try setting this move from a Clipper delay as well (some find it easier than a toe set).  Be sure to set with the same foot you will be stalling with.  (See Paradox Double-Leg-Over and Blizzard below.)

ECLIPSE
3 adds (delay, dexterity, cross-body)
A flying jump-over. An inside delay is performed in the air as the other leg jumps over the catching foot. Finish in a cross-body delay still in the air, and set the footbag straight up into the air before landing.  Try to control the set out so that you can do a move off an Eclipse set (such as another Eclipse).

SWIRL
3 adds (dexterity, cross-body, delay)
A cross-body Around-The-World. From a Clipper stall, the setting leg circles the footbag from back to front, and stalls the footbag again in a cross-body stall.

SMEAR / PIXIE MIRAGE
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
A mirage with an inside-out dexterity first with the setting leg, then with the opposite leg.  (This is a lot like a Blur from the same-side toe set, but it is easier because the toe set removes the "paradox" component of a clipper-set Blur.  See Blur below.)  To execute a right Pixie Mirage, start with a right toe set, flicking off the toe which then goes around the bag inside-out, to a quick plant of the right leg, to a left dexterity (inside-out, "mirage" motion) to a right toe delay.

*** "Pixie" a concept. In its simplest form, the "Pixie" concept means any move begun with a toe set in *** which the setting leg does an inside-out dexterity to start the move. (Pixie usually adds an add.  *** Note: As with all concepts, there are moves with the same set but which are not explicitly given the *** label "pixie", so be careful.)

SMUDGE / PIXIE REVERSE-MIRAGE
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
Same as a Smear, except that the second dexterity is outside-in.  (This looks a lot like a "Blizzard" from a same-side toe set.)

SYMPOSIUM MIRAGE STALL
3 adds (body, dexterity, delay)
Like a Mirage, except the setting foot does not touch the ground as the support leg circles the footbag and lands to support the toe delay catch.  To execute a right Symposium Mirage, set from a right toe stall very slightly to the left of center in front of you.  Wait a beat, then crouch and jump off your left leg without planting your right leg, so that you jump to the left over the footbag, catching it with your right toe as you land on your left leg.  Try not to turn while executing this move, but instead face forward throughout the move.

*** "Symposium" is a concept for moves where the leg performing a dexterity (i.e., circling the footbag) *** is also the plant leg, and the other leg does not touch the ground.  (Most dexterities thus far have *** required a plant of the other leg during a dexterity, for balance and timing; this form of a move *** requires more strength and balance since the dexterity is performed in the air.)

PARADOX MIRAGE
3 adds (body, dexterity, cross-body)
Like a Clipper set to Mirage, except that the dexterity is performed with the setting foot, requiring a sharp pivot back and forth.  To execute a right Paradox Mirage, set from a left-foot clipper stall, then, without planting the left leg, pivot sharply to the right (this pivot accounts for the "body" add), bringing your left leg first under, then back to the left over the footbag, catching the footbag on your right toe.

*** "Paradox" implies that the "wrong" leg circles the bag during the dexterity, making the delay more *** difficult.  In other words, the *setting* leg has to perform the *dexterity* instead of the support *** leg.  It must usually do so without planting, requiring a sharp pivot of the hips.  This adds a level of *** difficulty in the "body" category because of the pivot required.

PARADOX REVERSE-MIRAGE
3 adds (body, dexterity, cross-body)
Very similar to a Paradox Mirage, except that the dexterity is performed outside-in. The pivot is still required as the setting foot is also the dexterity foot. The only difference is the direction of the dexterity. (However, this requires slightly faster timing to get the dexterity leg out of the way.)

DRIFTER
3 adds (dexterity, cross-body delay)
An inside-out dexterity before a clipper stall with the same foot. To execute a right Drifter from a left clipper stall set, plant your left leg immediately after the set, at the same time bringing your right leg over the footbag from inside to out, and in one motion, pivot into a right-foot clipper delay.  The footbag should pass in front of your left leg on its way to your clipper.  (See Dada Curve for when the footbag passes behind the left leg.)

BARRAGE
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
A clipper-to-double-mirage. To execute a right Barrage from a right clipper set, set the footbag slightly under left leg, plant your right leg, then circle the footbag twice from inside out with your left leg, ending with a right toe delay.

EGGBEATER
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
An outside-in dexterity with each leg, ending in a toe delay with the second dexterity leg.  To execute a right Eggbeater, set from a right toe, plant your right leg, then execute an outside-in left dexterity ("Reverse Mirage" motion), plant your left leg, and immediately execute an outside-in right dexterity ("leg-over") to a right toe delay.

OMELETTE
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
An Eggbeater ending in the other toe stall. (Some people say "Eggbeater, bail to opposite toe.")  Execute a left Omelette the same as a right Eggbeater, except you plant your right leg after the dexterity and catch on a left toe stall.

ATOM SMASHER
3 adds (dexterity, dexterity, delay)
A "Reverse-Pixie" Leg-Over.  To execute a right Atom Smasher from a left toe stall, flick the footbag up with the left toe and immediately do an outside-in dexterity with the left toe (like a Pixie motion, only in the other direction), quickly plant the left leg, and swing your right leg around the footbag, outside-in, for a right toe delay (i.e., a right Leg-Over pick-up).  This is probably one of the hardest 3-add moves.
